What is an AI agent for a business?
It is software set up to carry out one specific job — for example, turning a pile of purchase bills into a GST-ready sheet, or handling appointment bookings and reminders on WhatsApp. Unlike a chatbot, it is configured around your data, your formats and your workflow, and it produces work you can check rather than answers you have to act on.
Will my business data be sent to ChatGPT or any AI company?
Only if you choose that option. We offer two setups: one where processing runs through our own secured gateway, and one where everything runs on hardware inside your premises so no client data leaves the building at all. For a CA firm, a law firm or a clinic, we normally recommend the second. We will tell you exactly where your data goes before you commit.
Can an AI agent file my GST return?
It can prepare it — reading your bills, extracting GSTIN, invoice numbers, dates, taxable values and tax splits, and producing a return-ready sheet for review. It does not file on your behalf. Filing stays with you or your CA, and every figure is checkable against the original bill.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
It will, sometimes — which is why every agent we build produces a draft that a person approves, and never writes into your books, records or bills on its own. We also tell you where a particular agent is weak. Anyone promising an AI that is never wrong is selling you something else.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
No. Most of our agents work through things you already use — WhatsApp, or a screen inside your existing system. We set it up, test it on your real work, and train your staff on it.
How long does it take to set up?
A single, well-defined job is usually two to four weeks from understanding your workflow to running on your real data. Anything involving several systems takes longer, and we say so before you pay.
